Refund requests may be considered only when submitted within the defined return period. Products must remain unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Items not meeting these conditions may not qualify for refund approval.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method. Customers should provide accurate order and transaction details while submitting refund requests.
Refunds may not be issued for products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned after the permitted return period. Any decision regarding partial refunds will remain subject to company review.
